First Visit: During your first visit, you will be asked to complete a child information form for each child that will be in our care. This form needs to be updated when your child’s information changes and/or at least once per year.
Drop Off: When arriving at Club Kids, you will complete a short Registration Form. If you have any special requests regarding your child, please discuss them with one of our Fun Providers.
Pick Up: When picking your child/children up from Club Kids, we will request a form of picture I.D. Children will only be released to people listed as Authorized on the Registration Form and/or Child Information Form, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is for the safety of your child/children.
Reservations: Reservations may be made up to one week in advance. They must be prepaid when making the reservation. You may make a reservation by contacting the Director, Monday through Friday 7 am – 4 pm. Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation will forfeit your reservation for the day.
Meals / Snacks / Beverages: Club Kids does not provide meals or snacks. We ask that parents pack a well balanced meal and snack for their child while they are here. NO PEANUTS or NUT PRODUCTS. We do not allow candy or gum within our facility. We do have a refrigerator for storing food and beverages.
Meals and snacks are available for families to purchase for emergency situations only.
If your child is in our care for 3 hours, they will be served a snack regardless of your authorization. The snack will be charged to your account accordingly.
If your child is on formula, please be sure to provide enough for their visit to Club Kids.
Illness: If a child becomes ill or feels ill while in our care, parents will be contacted and asked to pick their child up within 1 hour. Any child showing signs or symptoms of a communicable disease, may not attend Club Kids.
Personal Items: We intend for your child to have lots of fun while at Club Kids. Please be sure they are dressed comfortably for active play. Children have an opportunity each day to complete art projects. Their clothes may get dirty or stained. Please keep this in mind when dropping them off. If your child has a favorite blanket or stuffed animal that gives them comfort, please feel free to leave it with them. We will make sure to take good care of it. We ask that children do not bring toys from home, as they can easily get lost or broken. Any personal items left at Club Kids will be donated after 30 days.
Potty Training / Diapering: Parents are responsible for providing enough diapers for their child’s visit to Club Kids. If you forget to bring diapers or run out, Club Kids will provide diapers for $2.00 each. If your child is potty training, please be sure to send several changes of clothing. Club Kids does have additional clothing on hand should it be needed. A $10.00 deposit is charged for clothing that is used. Once the clothing is returned, you will receive a $10.00 refund. Clothes must be returned within 14 days. Sorry, no cloth diapers.
Emergencies: On the Child Information form, you are asked to provide emergency contact information in the event that we are unable to reach you. If an emergency takes place, you authorize Club Kids to provide necessary emergency care for your child.
Incidents: If your child is hurt or injured while in our care, you will receive an incident report at the time of pick up. This will give you an explanation of the incident and how we responded.
Discipline: Club Kids focuses on redirection. If redirection is not working, your child may be placed in a time out so that they can regain self-control and refocus. If a child is destructive and/or puts other children’s safety at risk, they will not be able to attend Club Kids.
Liability Insurance: Club Kids is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from a child lack of coordination, active play or the fault of another child. If your child is hurt or injured and requires medical attention, resulting in no fault of Club Kids, parents are responsible for insurance coverage of their child.
